This is a 6 inch x 6 inch frame. The exact external dimensions are 168mm x 168mm x 60mm deep. The frame will stand on a shelf, or can be hung on a wall using the integrated hanger.

All of our ethically sourced products are genuine specimens, not reproductions. They are spread and mounted individually by ourselves. They are then are framed to a very high standard, using conservation quality mountboard, and museum type anti-reflective UV filtering glass, all in our home based workshop.

 The glass is museum quality anti-reflective glass which offers exceptional clarity, and shows the true colours with very little reflection. The glass also cuts out 70% of UV light, therefore reducing potential fading in the long term.

 Each specimen is titled, by engraving the Common name, Latin name, and Geographical distribution into the mountboard.

Please be aware that each specimen is individual, the photograph on the website is representative, and not the actual specimen you will receive.

Although we reject specimens that have significant damage, there may me imperfections, such as missing antennae, or signs of wear, such as small tears in the wings. If for any reason you are not happy with your specimen, let us know, and we will replace or refund accordingly.
